We've settled several homes and done several refis, so this isn't our first rodeo. West Bart at AHM did an excellent job on a refi for us approx 10 yrs ago. I was working on this refi with a west coast lender, but talked to West on May 8th and he couldn't match them. He did his homework and by May 14th found us an excellent deal that we closed on Saturday, June 13th, at our home!!! West is honest, very efficient, looked out for our interests and obtained an excellent loan for us with low closing costs. => quick, efficient service & mindful of borrower's interest <= ==> 10 STARS ********** and HIGHLY RECOMMEND <==
